LOCKIN ATHLETICS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to LockIn Athletics. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any LockIn Athletics events, including but not limited to combines, training sessions, camps, evaluations, consulting, and media production (collectively, “Services”). By registering for, attending, or participating in any LockIn Athletics Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL ACCEPTANCE

By completing registration or participating in any LockIn Athletics activity, you acknowledge that:

- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

- If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms.

- LockIn Athletics reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.

2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

2.1 Payment Requirements

- All payments must be completed before participation unless otherwise authorized.

- Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

2.2 Refund Policy

- Non-refundable: Event fees are generally non-refundable due to staffing, facility, and equipment commitments.

- Credits may be issued at discretion in cases of injury, illness, or documented conflicts.

- No refunds for no-shows.

2.3 Late or Declined Payments

- LockIn Athletics may cancel participation for missed or returned payments.

- Participants will not receive results or media until payment is satisfied.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Athletic activity carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks and release LockIn Athletics from liability for injury, accident, or loss.

4. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Participants should be physically fit and cleared. You authorize emergency medical care and accept responsibility for medical costs.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Respectful behavior is required. LockIn Athletics may remove participants without refund for misconduct.

6. WEATHER, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Events may be delayed or canceled for safety. Credits may be issued; refunds are not guaranteed.

7. MEDIA CONSENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By participating, you grant LockIn Athletics rights to photos, videos, performance data, and promotional usage.

8. DATA, SCORES & PERFORMANCE RESULTS

LockIn Athletics may store and share performance metrics. No guarantees of recruitment or advancement.

9. EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY DAMAGE

Participants are responsible for personal belongings and any damage they cause to equipment or facilities.

10. DISCLAIMERS

LockIn Athletics does not guarantee athletic outcomes, scholarships, or performance improvements.

11. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

LockIn Athletics may terminate participation for safety risks, misconduct, or false information.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Colorado law.
